You must advise the Office of the Pay Equity Commissioner of any differences in compensation and interest payable to employees because of revisions to an existing pay equity plan.

The employer must notify the Pay Equity Commissioner of any differences in compensation and interest payable to employees because of revisions to its plan.

Assessment Process

We require confirmation that the new plan was posted and the employees were informed about the revisions. Then, a note will be made to the employer’s file.
