How to file my annual statement with the Pay Equity Commissioner?
The fourth milestone of the pay equity process is the filing of your annual statement with the Pay Equity Commissioner.
The first annual statement is not required until the end of the three-year period to develop and post a pay equity plan.
Once required, annual statements will include:
- basic information about the employer and the pay equity plan;
- the number of employees;
- the number of predominantly female job classes identified in the plan for which an increase in compensation must be provided.
